The brand
KEG4All (Keys to Emotional Growth) is built on the belief that self-help should be simple, accessible, and empowering. Understanding that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and that not everyone has access to traditional therapy, KEG4All creates a space where users can explore their emotions, build resilience, and grow—at their own pace, on their own terms.
Design Challenge
The main challenge was to design a clean, intuitive interface that allows images to take center stage, supporting users in expressing their emotions without distractions. The experience needed to be seamless, calming, and easy to navigate. To achieve this, I researched AI-based mental health platforms and drew inspiration from their use of soft visuals and minimalistic layouts. The goal was to create a cozy, safe environment where users could feel comfortable, guided, and encouraged to open up at their own pace.

I prioritized inclusive design, ensuring that the app would be easy to use for people with different needs (e.g., optimized color contrast, readable fonts, and simple navigation).
Approachability
The visual tone was crafted to be friendly, supportive, and motivating, reflecting KEG4All’s mission to help users feel emotionally empowered.

Every design element was created to foster trust and emotional safety, aligning with the platform’s goal of supporting users in their personal growth.

The visual design was crafted to evoke calmness, warmth, and a sense of emotional safety. Every element was intentionally chosen to support users as they navigate their sessions and reflect on their emotions.
Color Palette: Soft, muted tones were selected to create a calming atmosphere that reduces visual stress and encourages focus. The goal was to avoid overwhelming users while gently guiding them through the experience.
Typography: Clean, rounded fonts were chosen to enhance readability and add to the friendly, approachable tone of the platform.
Layout: The layout was designed to be spacious and uncluttered, allowing the images to take center stage. This helps users focus on their feelings without distractions.
Micro-Interactions: Subtle animations, such as smooth transitions and hover effects, were added to make the interface feel responsive, alive, and welcoming.
Rounded Edges: Buttons, cards, and other UI elements have rounded corners to create a soft, approachable feel that aligns with the platform’s mission of emotional support.
The overall design strikes a balance between simplicity and emotional depth, helping users feel comfortable, guided, and at ease throughout their journey.
